In association with The Leather Social, LeatherWest is proud to bring a new type of event to the west for those with an interest in leather gear.

With no dresscode and no entrance charge, the emphasis is on building connections between leathermen and supporting the community. The Leather Social provides an attitude free environment to mix with like minded guys. For those new to the leather community, it is a great place to ask questions and to learn more. For those established members, it is the perfect way to chill out in the company of good friends and hopefully make some new ones.

If you’re interested in leather gear come along for a friendly, social and enjoyable afternoon event.

The Leather Social is a gathering for those into leather gear. It provides a safe space for everyone to explore the social side of the leather community in a welcoming and friendly environment.
The Leather Social is for anyone with an interest in leather as part of their gay identity. It allows for those who may be exploring the gay leather scene for the first time to meet other guys in a non-sexual and non-judgemental setting, to ask questions and to find out more. It also allows those who are more established within the leather community to meet up with friends both old and new.
There is no dresscode. Guys may attend wearing regular clothing suitable for a bar - there’s no expectation or requirement to wear leather. However, if guys wish to attend wearing some leather - that’s great! Whether it’s a leather jacket and 501s, biker gear or full leather uniform, guys can express their interest in leather however they choose.
There is no dedicated changing area at the venue. However, if guys do wish to change into something leathery, they may use the cubicles in the gent’s toilets.
There is no charge for this event and there is no need to buy a ticket in advance. Just turn up. However, please help us to promote the event by showing your intention to attend on Facebook and other social media.
